SUMMER IN THE CITY
Sixty guests gathered together to celebrate our client’s birthday in chic summer style. The White Label created a traditional composition of pastel pink linen, bold floral arrangements and crystal glassware, which paired perfectly with the bubbling Nyetimber rosé that was served throughout the evening. Our discreet waiting staff ensured that every guest was looked after from the moment they walked through the front door.
A bespoke selection of colourful, Asian themed, canapés were served throughout the evening on traditional china platters by our charming staff. Just a couple of the menu items included a mouth-watering crispy Vietnamese lamb and mint roll, served with chilli and lime, along with oriental Thai fishcakes and a sweet chilli dipping sauce. Delicious.
