Everyone dreams of having an incredible 21st birthday party and it is our job to make these dreams turn into a glittering reality. This particular party featured bright, bold colours, an array of Caribbean food and lots of canapé sized pineapples.

Under the instruction of our client at Effective Event Solutions, The White Label conjured up a Caribbean feast fit for a king. Burnt orange tablecloths, hessian coloured napkins and floral canapé platters brought a sense of joie de vivre to the 80 guests that attended this joyous event. Fire pits and naked flame kept this evening glittering away into the early hours of the morning.

Our colourful menu included a starter of pan seared snapper, spicy crab cake, pickled pepper salad, baby cress, mango, chilli & lime salsa. This was followed by a char-grilled loin of pork with cayenne & lemon rub, baked potato & green onion cake, fried cabbage & greens, pink peppercorn sauce. A ‘cocktail sundae’ of sweet mango compote, whipped vanilla cream cheese and smashed coconut biscuit brought the feast to a close.
