A MARTINI. SHAKEN, NOT STIRRED.
In collaboration with our wonderful client, Seventa Events, The White Label offered a selection of decadent dishes and daring cocktails for all to enjoy throughout the birthday weekend. Tucked away on the Dorset coast, thirty guests enjoyed a delightful barbeque lunch followed by evening tapas, live food stations and a full English breakfast the following morning.
A few of the tapas dishes included:
- Gambas al ajillo with garlic & olive oil served with crusty baked bread
- Grilled lamb pinchitos skewers with mint & caper salsa
- Classic potato & onion Spanish tortilla served with wood fired roasted red pepper purée
- Serrano ham with red chicory & Valdeón blue cheese
