CELEBRATE & SPARKLE WITH NYETIMBER
Once the busy day of shopping at the Burlington Arcade ended, our stealth team of event experts transformed the walkway into a festive spectacle in just thirty minutes. Elegant tableware, exquisite food and of course Nyetimber’s fabulous selection of sparkling wines made this Christmas event a night to remember.
Paired with each of the individual sparkling wines, our Director of Food designed a truly bespoke fine dining menu. The entrée included poached lobster tail with lobster, celery & chive tian, dill & lemon crème fraiche, fresh brioche. This was followed by an over roast supreme of guinea fowl and confit of guinea fowl with lavender, butter braised potato, cavalo nero, carrot purée, redcurrant & thyme jus. To bring the dinner to a close we served tonka ban infused rice pudding with mascarpone & floral honey, spiced winter berry compote and shortbread crumbs.
