MAMMA MIA, CHE MATRIMONIO FAVOLOSO
No detail was missed during the planning of this special wedding. Our team thoroughly enjoyed working with Kirstie and Luciano on the styling of the day and our Director of Food conjured up a Sardinian feast fit for a King (or Queen). Featuring exposed oak beams and rustic bronze chandeliers, this was a venue where dreams really do come true.
Our Mediterranean menu included a selection of Italian crostini which were passed around outside during the wedding reception. Following the reception, guests were welcomed into the barn and able to help themselves to a giant antipasti station filled with only the finest Italian cheeses, Sardinian meats and artisan breads. The plated main course featured a white crab ‘ravioloni’, brown crab & lemon emulsion, served with a parsley, garlic, red chilli & olive oil dressing. Il gran finale consisted of tonka bean and coconut ice cream bombes which were devoured by all.
